Facing the Fats

This all happening EVERY DAY, now compared to that, is being healthy REALLY harder?

Think of all the self hate, or maybe the spilling headaches from too much sugar, the dehydration from too much salt, or not enough water, the staggered breathing after just bringing in the shopping. This all happening EVERY DAY, now compared to that, is being healthy REALLY harder?

So maybe instead of waking up tomorrow and going ‘Ok still need to be able to run this much faster, eat this much less junk… just pause for a second and go ‘Wow, I’m actually running! And it used to kill me to even walk that!’ Or ‘Today I said no to McDonald’s drive thru when most day’s I’d go in, now THAT’S progress’. Just sit back for a bit and… be happy.
